Winter Walleye around Pittsburgh

Anyone know of any Winter "hotspots" for Walleye/Sauger along the Allegheny between the Point and Lock 4? I have heard of some recent luck in Springdale @ the power plant, but not much size. I am seeking other warm water discharges that are easily accessible.
